We are looking for someone who will be able to take ownership of the entire hiring process from start to finish, taking into consideration the outcomes desired and the company culture.**Role (duties)**:Responsible for the entire hiring process from start to finish including the following functions:- Develop job descriptions based on requirements provided from the management team. Create job advertisements and post ads on various job boards.- Perform recruiting, screening and interviewing functions for all roles. Coordinate final interviews with the hiring team and ensure all position requirements are met.- Standardize and develop systems and processes for recruiting, interviewing and hiring.- Department Strategic Planning (10%) - Be an active and productive contributor to regular strategic and tactical meetings. Provide support and take ownership of departmental improvement projects.This role reports directly to the CEO.**The work environment**:You will be performing your job responsibilities from home, with regular video meetings with the rest of the team.**Qualifications**:- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written- At least 3 years of experience with recruiting and hiring employees, with small business experience a plus- Prior experience working independently within an entrepreneurial environment a plus, ability to think creatively to accomplish outcomes with little to no tactical instruction- Must have a dedicated work from home space free from distractions with a computer, webcam and headset along with a reliable internet connection.- Experience creating job descriptions, ads and recruiting content**Compensation**:$600-$800 USD PART-TIME monthlyL6vRbwCIBS
