If you're passionate about technology and customer service, we encourage you to apply.**Our Team**Join our Koch Guadalajara Site team as a proactive AV and Technology Advisor Specialist. This role is crucial for providing support to audio-visual and technology hardware, ensuring seamless operations across our facilities.**What You Will Do**- Set up and operate conference rooms and AV equipment, ensuring functionality and readiness.- Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for AV and Technology hardware, covering various devices and technologies.- Collaborate with clients to understand AV and Technology requirements, proposing effective solutions.- Escalate technical issues to appropriate teams or vendors for prompt resolution.- Conduct evaluations of technologies to recommend improvements that drive collaboration and success for our site.- Maintain accurate utilization reports and ensure AV content is current.- Support and manage conference scheduling tools, ensuring integration with all room functionalities.- Operate in accordance with Principles Based Management for safety and efficiency.- Act as an advisor for technologies in the Guadalajara office, including but not limited to:- CCTV systems- Access control systems- Technology asset management and updates- Digital signage- Partnering with finance for technology asset depreciation- Laptop end-of-life support- Electronic waste disposal- Serve as a floor warden, ensuring safety protocols are in place and communicated effectively.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot efficiently.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team.- Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring positive interactions with all clients.- Communicate timely updates during service interruptions to minimize client impact.**What Will Put You Ahead**- Experience training new team members and assist in skill development.- Continuously improve personal skills and company processes.- Experience in AV and Technology support, preferably within a corporate environment.**Who We Are**As a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) creates solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management and anything else our businesses need.
