**Vacante: Project Manager Junior ( Experiência en Operaciones e industrias diversas)****Descripción de la vacante**:Como **Project Manager Junior**, serás responsable de coordinar proyectos, garantizar que se cumplan los plazos y gestionar los recursos de manera eficiente, con un enfoque en la mejora continua. Esta posición es ideal para alguien con una mentalidad flexible, adaptable y orientada a resultados.**Responsabilidades**:- Planificación, seguimiento y entrega de proyectos dentro del presupuesto y los plazos establecidos.- Coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios y comunicación efectiva con los stakeholders.- Identificación de oportunidades para mejorar los procesos operativos y aumentar la eficiencia.- Gestión de recursos, tanto humanos como materiales, para garantizar la ejecución exitosa de los proyectos.- Resolución de problemas y gestión de riesgos durante el ciclo de vida del proyecto.- Aseguramiento de la calidad en cada etapa del proyecto y cumplimiento con los requisitos de la empresa.- Mantener la documentación organizada y generar informes regulares sobre el estado del proyecto.- Asegurar que los entregables cumplan con los estándares de calidad establecidos.**Requisitos**:- Experiência mínima de 1 a 3 años en gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en operaciones o en diversas industrias.- Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de proyectos como Monday, Asana, Trello, Jira, Microsoft Project o similares.- Habilidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas de manera eficiente.- Título universitario, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Gestión Empresarial, o carreras afines (deseable).- Actitud proactiva y disposición para aprender y adaptarse a diferentes sectores industriales.- Inglés- Flexibilidad para viajar.- Pasaporte, Visa y Licencia de manejo vigentes.**Ofrecemos**:- Oportunidad de crecimiento profesional y aprendizaje en un entorno dinámico.- Capacitación continua y desarrollo de habilidades.- Ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y flexible.Si eres una persona apasionada por la gestión de proyectos, con capacidad de adaptación y ganas de aportar a un equipo en crecimiento, serás un gran colaborador con nosotrosPay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personApplication Deadline: 05/05/2025Expected Start Date: 09/05/2025
