You will work independently as well as support other creatives and Creative Director on a variety of projects. In this role, you will provide support to our client’s recruitment marketing through web platforms, advertising, social media, video and imagery. Be prepared to do what you love and love what you do. Bring your creativity and collaborative energy and we’ll give you a supportive team and growth-minded culture.**Key Accountabilities**:At AMS Employer Brand Advisory, the consulting arm of AMS, you’ll join over 350 consultants who bring unrivalled expertise to their client partnerships—from strategic insights to tactical interventions. Our Centers of Excellence enable our clients to transform every aspectof talent acquisition—technology, diversity and inclusion, assessments, AI and robotics, and more.- Understand our client’s recruitment marketing strategy and overall business objectives- Develop internal and external marketing consistent with our client’s brand guidelines- Creating finished social media posts and be able to compose/edit social media content from existing video- Responsible for integrating and managing brand image and messaging for internal and external recruitment collateral- Understand how to create a campaign and cultivate elements around a central theme- Understandingof social media platforms and creative structures- Ability to prioritize jobs, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates. Responsible for managing time- Strong attention to detail and proofing final content for consistency and quality- Interfaces with members of the Employer Brand Advisory team, Sales team and internal account teams and liaises directly with the client to understand job requirements**Skills & Experience**:- 3-5 years’ experience in a creative environment- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills — particularly After Effects or Premiere, Photoshop- Strong acumen in all phases of video and animation, including storytelling- Strong working knowledge of MS product suite, especially PowerPoint- Web knowledge a plus: WordPress, CSS and HTML familiarity helpful- Understanding social media advertising standards (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)- Good typography and layout skills — a keen eye for what looks right- A love for design and creativity- Accuracy and attention to detail- Good communication skills, along with a polite phone manner and global mindset- Mac OS literacy- Experience working with a team of designers, presenting to clients and being a team player**Other**:- At AMS, different is not just good, it’s valuable.
