AMMEGA LATAM North is looking for a Human Resources generalist for Tlalnepantla (Av. Reyes Heroles), Estado de Mexico.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in psychology or administrative fields.- 2 years of experience in national and remote recruitment operative and administrative profiles.- Advanced English (mandatory)We offer:- Working hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.- Gross monthly salary of $25,000 MNX- 30 days of Christmas bonus- 10% food vouchers.- 7% savings fund- $1,500 per year for eyeglasses- Life insurance and funeral expenses- 25% vacation bonusThis position will be responsible for:1. Recruitment and selection process.- Coordinate recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative profiles (accountants, sales, IT, etc.).- Implement induction plans for new employees.- Supervise performance evaluation processes for the first 90 days.2. Personnel Administration- Support attendance, vacation, leave, and absence tracking.- Coordinate the process of drafting and signing employment contracts.- Compile personnel files.3. Organizational development and work environment- Promote an organizational culture based on ethics, respect, and professional excellence.- Organize integration and internal communication activities.- Conduct work environment surveys and propose improvement plans.4. Regulatory compliance and labor relations- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.- Basic knowledge of NOM035 (desirable).- Mediate and resolve labor disputes objectively and confidentially.5. Strategic and administrative support- Participate in strategic planning from a human management perspective.- Prepare periodic reports on HR indicators.AMMEGA is an equal opportunity employer.
