Procurement Manager - Facilities Solutions Polanco, Ciudad de México, Mexico Location: México City About the Role As a CBRE Procurement Manager - Facilities Solutions, you will manage a team responsible for supporting the delivery of the go-to-market strategy. This job is part of the Sales function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate analyst activities, ensuring alignment with PSA priorities and pursuit timelines. Review and validate deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment with client needs and CBRE standards. Serve as a bridge between PSAs, category leads, and regional teams to ensure seamless data flow and solution integration. Oversee reporting, bid review, and supplier evaluation processes to support solution development. Mentor and coach analysts, fostering skill development and continuous improvement. Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives. Manage stakeholder communications and ensure deliverables meet internal and client expectations. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, data analytics or a related field; demonstrated experience in managing teams. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI); proficiency with procurement systems preferred. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Communication Skills: Strong leadership, organizational skills; Advanced English proficiency, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Why CBRE?
