Position Overview**:**2. Key Responsibilities**:Lead Data Team**:- Set strategic goals and ensure they are met through effective monitoring and follow-up.- Provide mentorship, fostering collaboration and growth within the data team.- Inspire and motivate team members to achieve high performance and drive innovation.**CRM Management**:- Establish the CRM as the single source of truth for all data, ensuring consistency and reliability in decision-making.- Ensure 100% team adoption of the CRM system.- Act as the CRM administrator, overseeing its implementation and continuous management.**Data Analysis**:- Conduct thorough analysis of multiple data sources to generate actionable insights.- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.- Create and deliver compelling data presentations to stakeholders, translating complex data findings into clear recommendations.**3.
