**Objective**The Talent Development Leader is responsible for coordinating global implementation of the Talent Development strategy to build a high-performing and engaged workforce that meets current and future business needs.**Main Responsibilities**- Administration of global Talent Development processes, guidelines, and policies.- Manages the global Performance Management annual agenda, ensuring the enablement and correct execution of its different stages according to policy.- Organizes Engagement Survey implementation, evaluates information gathered, creates and presents reports to stakeholders within Nemak.- Monitors definition and implementation of Engagement Action Plans in collaboration with global, regional, and local HR teams.- Manages the Nemak Competency Model (Core and Leadership).- Coordinates the initiative “Driving my Career at Nemak”.- Collaborates with the COE of Talent Attraction and D&I to promote Internal Job Posting to increase opportunities for internal mobility for employees.- Leads initiatives to increase adoption of Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and collaborates with regional champions, HRBPs, and other COEs to maximize its impact.- Provides support to Regional Talent Development Champions and HRBPs, and creates forums to ensure best practice sharing.**Position Requirements**- Degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Business Administration or Related- English Advanced- Experience in HR for at least 3 years- Project Management- Performance Management- 360° Assessments- Success Factors- Effective communication skills- Problem solving skills- Coaching certification (desired)- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
