Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Assisting the business as a Transport & Trade Specialist, you will ensure that goods are shipped while meeting quality, legal and costs parameters. You will drive change and improve transport/logistics processes to optimize inbound and/or outbound product and material delivery to external and internal clients.**This position reports to**:Transport, Management Center(TMC)Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Facilitating material movement and scheduling, utilizing various transportation software systems, and handling customs- Preparing and updating the monthly logistics schedule to ensure deliveries to production locations and coordinating- product delivery schedules with customers.- Coordinating daily activities to track finished goods and raw materials, and rerouting freight to meet demand and- minimize costs- Communicating status to Logistics and Sales organizations as appropriate.- Working with transport service providers and brokers to effectively execute processes, assisting in obtaining permits,- and preparing proper documentation.- Develop improvement projects that impact directly to the logistics processes and savings balance.- Aiding the development and implementation of improved processes and systems and maintaining the master data.**Your background**:- A Bachelor´s degree in International Trade or similar.- 5+ years of experience related at International Transportation and Trade.- Fluent Reading, Written and Speaking English.- Use of TMS (Transportation Management Systems) desirable.- Use of ERP Tool (SAP) is desirable.- Use of Microsoft Office.- Knowledge on Lean Six Sigma Tools.**More about us**:
