And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.**Required Technical and Professional Experience**- 7+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering- 2+ years of experience with Workday implementations- Design intuitive, customer-facing interfaces with strong UI/UX principles in mind.- Serve as a Workday Extend expert with deep knowledge of design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas in consideration of future product direction.- Experienced in Workday Integrations, APIs(Rest and SOAP) as well as Workday Security.- Stay up to date with Workday releases and new features, and work with the team to evaluate and implement new functionality as appropriate. Provide leadership and guidance to the team, and ensure that team members are engaged, motivated, and productive.**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field- English Advanced- Workday Extend and Workday Integrations certification (preferred).- 5+ years of experience in HR technology, with a focus on Workday Extend- Strong technical skills, including demonstrated experience with Workday Extend- Experience knowledge of XML, XSLT, Web services, SOAP, REST, JSON, JavaScript and other integration technologies.- Experience on EIBs, Packaged Connectors, Webservices, Workday Studio and other integration tools.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work in multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.- Stays current with emerging trends in specialty area.- Creates transition plans for new processes, implements and monitor’s change.- Reviews and assess solutions proposed by others to determine the best path moving forward.**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- A dynamic and inclusive work environme
