We help renters set up essential utilities—water, electricity, gas, and internet—at the click of a button. At the same time, we provide property managers with a new revenue stream, making their lives easier and more profitable.With our HQ in Austin, TX, and a rapidly expanding team, we’re building the future of utility setup. Now, we launched our in-office sales hub in Guadalajara, Mexico 8 months ago, and we need driven sales professionals to help us scale**Your Role**:**We are looking for experienced outbound Business Development Representatives to join our growing team of 30 plus BDRs**What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day):- Educating Property Managers in the United States regarding our software to introduce Utility Profit- Arranging Online Demonstrations for a visual demonstration of our software- Keeping detailed notes and updates in HubSpot CRM.- Learning and mastering sales techniques that will set you up for long-term success.**What We’re Looking For**Energetic & Likable - You bring the good vibes to the team first and foremost and know how to build rapport fast.Hungry & Driven - You thrive in a competitive environment and love hitting (and exceeding) sales targets.Resilient & Persistent - You see rejection as a challenge, not a setback.Challenger Sales Mentality - You can confidently educate prospects and guide them toward the right decision.**What You Need To Succeed**:- At least 6 months of Outbound B2B experience- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.- Very strong English communication skills (verbal and written).- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.- A growth mindset—you’re eager to learn, improve, and advance your career.**Why Join Utility Profit?**Career Growth - We’re growing fast, and we love promoting from within Show us what you’ve got, and you could move up quickly.Competitive Compensation - Base salary of **$1,500 USD/month** + performance accelerators + $3K-$4K+ in very achievable commissions.
