El reto:
Buscamos un(a) Business Developer Representative con experiencia comprobada en desarrollo de negocio B2B, preferentemente en servicios de capital humano, consultoría o soluciones corporativas. Será responsable de abrir nuevas cuentas, generar relaciones comerciales de largo plazo y posicionar nuestra firma en el mercado mexicano y estadounidense.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Prospectar y generar oportunidades de negocio con empresas en México y EE.UU.
  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias comerciales para atraer nuevos clientes en sectores clave.
  • Realizar presentaciones comerciales, cotizaciones y negociaciones hasta el cierre del servicio.
  • Coordinarse con el equipo de consultores para garantizar una ejecución impecable del servicio.

Perfil ideal:

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Mercadotecnia, Relaciones Internacionales o afín.
  • Mínimo 4 años en posiciones comerciales, preferentemente en firmas de headhunting, consultoría o servicios B2B.
  • Conocimiento sólido del entorno empresarial en México y EE.UU.
  • Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
  • Altamente orientado(a) a resultados, con habilidades de negociación, networking y comunicación ejecutiva.
