Durability Loads Analysis

The Durability Loads Analysis Engineer is responsible for calculation of vehicle suspension component loads, frame/body attachment loads and engine mounts loads using various tools. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Building/modifying ADAMS (multi-body dynamics) models at a sub-system and full vehicle level.- Reviewing engineering data (geometry, bushing rates, mass. MOI, etc.).- Reviewing road load data (time history data).- Running durability models to output component loads, attachment loads, powertrain mount loads, etc.- Post-processing data (statistics-max/min values, equivalent damage, loads comparisons, histograms, level crossing plots, PSDs, etc.).- Writing technical report and uploading generated results into project database.- Working on developing and/or improving analysis procedures.- Working with engineering teams to provide design recommendations based on data analysis and interpreting simulation results.Our benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
