**POSITION OVERVIEW**dormakaba is seeking a Financial Analyst (Intercompany) based in Nogales, MX. The Financial Analyst (Intercompany) is responsible for evaluating and analyzing the company's financial information, particularly intercompany transactions. The position supports monthly and annual financial closings, prepares reconciliations at both ERP and HFM levels, and assists with audit requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.**Relocation Expenses Available****WHAT YOU WILL DO**- Oversee tasks related to monthly processing and distribution of invoices for intercompany accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions- Process and code Intercompany invoices then send them to Accounts Payable- Generate and upload monthly Accounts Receivable billing reports and reconcile quarterly income statement accounts in TM5Monthly reconciliation of Intercompany transactions in HFM and TM5**WHAT WE REQUIRE**- Strong English language skills (native or bilingual)- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel- Prior experience with Intercompany transactions- 2+ years of previous finance experience in a business setting- Accounting degree or other degree with 2+ related finance experienceExperience in manufacturing**WHAT WE PREFER**- Prior SAP or other ERP experience- Experience with Axapta or TM5- Large company experienceAccounting firm experience**WHY JOIN DORMAKABA?**Our work is IMPORTANT.
