WPP IT is undergoing a significant transformation to modernise ways of working, shifting to cloud and micro-service-based architectures, drive automation, digitise colleague and client experiences and deliver insight from WPP's petabytes of data.As we progress on this journey, finance plays a critical partnership role to ensure we deliver an effective transformation by steering project expenditure away from our Operating Companies "OpCo's" and towards our central departments so that this cost is operationally and financially in line with WPP IT's strategic goals.You will business partner with the LATAM region, leading the interaction from an IT perspective with our OpCo's throughout Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico, amongst others. This will entail:- Leading the interaction with our Spanish and Portuguese speaking businesses, while conversing with WPP HQ in English.- Assist in the implementation of the new major outsourced IT contract "Kepler", including assisting with system set-up, recharge models and helping co-ordinating our network of "Country Financial Hosts" particularly within LATAM, but also more widely around the world as required.- Working with HR to closely track the people including starters, leavers and transfers into WPP IT to ensure we have a robust understanding of our headcount in a quickly changing environment.- Be responsible for the creation of Business Cases, supported by the Finance Business Partner. These will need to be at a professional standard to be formally submitted to the IT Investment Board and Group Transformation Board when the value requires that.- Ensure you are in control of the monthly and year to date financial positions of your area through holding regular monthly meetings with the key business stakeholders and ensure that the month-end process recognises the percentage of completion of each project, allowing you to communicate intelligently on investment and optimisation options.You will progress into leading the annual budgetary process for your area engaging with senior stakeholders within the business to document their strategic priorities over the next year and re-forecast this on a quarterly basis based on actual completion and expectation for the rest of the year. You will also help on the strategic 5-year plan for IT.More broadly you will assist outside of your core area when required through reviewing proposed projects to ensure they are contractually compliant, value for money, and a strategic fit in line with the IT Leadership Team's wider strategy and contribute to the IT savings target.Reporting into the Finance Business Partner, you will also from time to time contribute towards other team objectives such as ad-hoc projects, supporting RFP processes for procuring and contracting key aspects of the IT services, associated business cases, as well as assisting on areas across WPP IT.**What you'll be doing**:- Junior Finance Business Partner to our Kepler contract with a particular focus on the LATAM region, but also assisting more broadly across the globe.
