TasksAs a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering customer calls regarding order status, product availability, pricing, Terms and Conditions, technical inquiries, credits and debits and troubleshooting customer concerns.- Review customer requests for credits and issue debit notes following financial approval guidelines and according to company policies- Provides information on availabilities, delivery times and production feasibility- Answer calls from customers for order and delivery status, pricing, and availability. Distribute calls to Sales, Product Management and Technical Support Departments if necessary and carries out follow ups.- Allocate product to customer orders based on priority criteria- Release orders to the warehouse, coordinate the processing status of deliveries and ensure orders are properly invoiced- Review electronically submitted customer orders (EDI) and perform troubleshooting in SAP system.- Monitor and track customer complaints by entering claims into a claims database and coordinates with customers on subsequent actions including new shipments, returns, credits and debits.- Enforce Terms and Conditions that are set forth by Sales Department regarding order lead-times, minimum order quantities and pricing.- Coordinate the process for returning product from the customer, issue, and monitor authorization to return goods according to company policies, coordinate approvals with Sales Departments according to the Terms and Conditions**Qualifications**:- Academic degree on Business Studies/Economics Science/Economics.- 2-3 Years of experience in supply chain or production areas.- Fluent English (written and speaking)- Microsoft Excel management (medium to advanced)- Supply chain insights- SAP management (Plus)- Teamwork, customer-oriented, results-oriented- Good oral and written communicationAbout usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
