Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:**_Key Responsibilities_**- Assist in the planning & execution of engagement plans that align with company goals and objectives.- Create engaging experiences for Wizeliners: this includes hosting in-person & virtual events, setting up local celebrations and managing event-related communications.- Capture content for social media and other internal channels.- Be the local Point of Contact for leadership visits.- Support the in-office Wizeliner experience: lead the Safety committee, manage office & parking badges & be the liaison with local vendors connected to the Talent Experience Strategy.- Actively engage with Wizeliners and build strong relationships with stakeholders.- Working together with the larger Talent Experience team, execute a variety of internal events and activities that promote employee engagement and strengthen company culture.- Track attendance, participation rates, and feedback related to engagement activities.**_Must-have Skills_**- Undergraduate or nearing graduation.- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in HR, Communications, HR, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.- Advanced proficiency in English.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.- Organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.- Familiarity with Google Suite & collaboration tools, especially Slack, is a plus.- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.**What we offer**:- Competitive compensation & total rewards.- Flexible work policy and remote-friendly approach.- Happy hours, gaming tournaments, sports activities & more.- Continuous learning & training programs with WizeAcademy.Find out more about our culture here
