Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Department Intern based in Mexico City, Mexico, with opportunities to work both on-site and remotely. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Talent Department, assisting in coordinating schedules, and managing client communications. Additional duties may include researching projects, preparing materials for talent management, tracking industry trends, and providing logistical support for events or production activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
  • Knowledge of talent representation, content creation, or the entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Ability to research and analyze trends in the industry and provide relevant insights to support team activities.
  • Proficiency in basic office software, such as Microsoft Office or equivalent programs. Familiarity with scheduling tools is an advantage.
  • Passion for the entertainment industry and a willingness to learn and develop within a creative, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Communications, Film, Media Studies, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
