Descripción y detalle de las actividadesDuties include to provide technical support and knowledge of all quality-related activities to Inspectors of Custom area. This includes but is not limited to Quality System, Quality Engineering functions and Inspection activities. Supervises the daily Inspection output and ensures compliance with area metrics and participates in continuous improvement activities. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Supervises the group of inspection leaders, manages their workloads, establishes their goals, and ensures their compliance. -Takes responsibility for the results of its inspection lines and stays aware of the factors that threaten compliance with delivery goals in the short and long term. -Ensures compliance with inspection goals, based on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. -Ensures inspectors have the tools and training necessary to do their jobs. -Establishes the two-way communication channel to transmit priorities receive feedback. -Take the necessary actions to avoid turnover. -Motivates personnel by setting high standards, encourages teamwork, provides opportunities for direct report’s professional growth. -Develops new employee training and cross training requirements to assure flexibility during Inspection process. -Prepares yearly development dialogs and IDP Evaluations. -Coordinate process data analysis to improve Inspection KPI’s such as reject level and efficiency. -Encourages team to comply with Safety Rules and Company Values. -Prioritize daily activities based on aging of orders to ensure on time delivery. -Optimizes inspection area process. - Coordinates quality inspection support during new product introductions and process transfers from other business units.Experiência y requisitosREQUIREMENTS: - Engineering degree - Minimum 2 years Supervision experience - Personnel management experience - Production plans experience - Bilingual (English as a second language)**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Calidad**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** Lunes a Jueves de 7am a 5:20pm y Viernes de 7am a 3pm**Estudios** Titulo Profesional**Inglés **Hablado: 85%, Escrito: 85%**Sexo** Indistinto**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
