**LOCATION: Guadalajara SSC, Mexico****REPORTS TO: Talent Acquisition Lead, Associate Recruiting US/CAN****Ingredion **is hiring a **Talent Acquisition Partner **who will be responsible for the Associate level recruitment of one or more manufacturing plants accross the US or Canada.**Core Responsibilities**:- Foster productive, collaborative relationships with stakeholders.- Proactively resolve issues through effective communication and customer service and Talent Acquisition process improvements.- Develop hiring plans for assigned plants/locations based on demand.- Identify and attract high-quality talent for requisitions and stakeholder groups supporting Diversity & Inclusion efforts.- Manage full life cycle recruitment, from sourcing to pre-hire actions.- Maintain data integrity in the ATS and ticket system.- Ensure consistent utilization and updates for compliance and reporting.- Stay informed about talent market trends and advise relevant stakeholders.- Bachelor’s Degree required. Major in business, organizational psychology, or HR preferred.- Advanced verbal/written English communication skills required.- 1 year of HR experience, ideally with some recruiting activities at the Associate level and/or across different roles.- Experience working in a multinational company with an international scope of responsibility (US & Canada specifically), ideally in union manufacturing, food or chemical production environments (_preferred_).- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday or similar) (_preferred_).- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
