Jambrina CPA is seeking a dynamic and experienced **HR Business**Partner** to join our team in Guadalajara. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional with a strong corporate background—preferably in accounting or financial services—and fluent English skills. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture.**Key**Responsibilities**- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.- Support performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and internal policies.
