As a Recruiter, you will perform a strategic role as a staffing consultant and contact point for a hiring manager. You will also act as a Staffing Lead for several teams with full-cycle recruitment responsibilities including preliminary consulting, further recruiting strategy, and its actual implementation.**YOU ARE**:_A professional having the below-mentioned skills_- A Bachelor’s degree or higher- 5+ years of recruiting in executive search firm focused on IT companies- Ability to learn and adapt to changing business needsStrongly motivated to manage customer/partner expectationsIntermediate strong English level (spoken and written)**YOU WANT TO WORK WITH**:Tracking all recruitment activity in ATS/Staffing Board (SS system); managing hiring in Workday- GTO for support and managing 3rd party agency resources as necessary- Partnering very closely with finance, HR BP, and business leaders to drive recruiting planAnalyzing the external labor market as per company needs on a permanent basis and proactively responding to it- Conducting regular follow-up meetings with vacancy requestor to determine the effectiveness of recruiting up-to-date**TOGETHER WE WILL**:- Be a part of a team focused on making an impact on the business and recruiting for innovative talents- Accompany talents to pursue their career path within SoftServe- Grow and experiment: we are open to all innovations, just come and share your ideas- Take part in internal and external events where you can build and promote your personal brand- Enjoy flexible working hours — whether you are a morning bird or a sleepyhead, it is ok with us- Share many other advantages with you such as attractive salary, modern office, a package of benefits, language classes
