Injectables Franchise Manager – Marketing Sinclair is looking for an Injectables Franchise Manager in Mexico, CDMX. The role is responsible for the management and expansion of units specialized in injectable procedures. This professional will monitor operations, support franchisees, and implement strategies for sustainable growth of the network. Responsibilities Participation in the preparation of the organization's strategic plan Participation in forecasting Market research, trend analysis, benchmarking, and competitor mapping Development of strategies to achieve product objectives in Mexico Support the preparation of budget targets Strategically manage the brand's budget, optimizing resources with other brands Prepare budget and quarterly reviews Alignment between billing and brand budget Development of conversion indicators Follow-up of sales numbers with the commercial team and pricing policies Setting goals and performance indicators and measuring ROI Establish and monitor brand communication guidelines Development of digital strategy (online training and social media) Setting up events and congresses Relationship with strategic sectors such as regulators, customers, speakers, class entities, and other stakeholders Attend regulatory demands and supply chain Presentations and alignments for the global team (workshops, development, and follow-up) Development of special projects, institutional, advertising, and sales campaigns Periodic meetings for insights and alignment to support goals Training and content for the sales team Carry out development and/or improvements in the process Reschedule actions to expand market share through emergencies Prepare reports and brand evolution indexes Write communications, requirements, standards, and/or procedures Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or Life Sciences Minimum 1 year of experience managing brands in the aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery fields Basic English skills (conversational level is a must) Advanced MS Office skills Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing (preferred) Advanced English (preferred) Experience as a sales representative, KAM, or sales manager in the pharma/aesthetics industry (preferred) Benefits Health Insurance Gympass Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Marketing, Management, and Product Management Industries: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
