El de Relaciones Laborales Intermedio es una función profesional de un empleado en desarrollo. Se ocupa de la mayoría de los problemas de forma independiente y tiene cierta libertad para resolver problemas complejos. Integra conocimientos sólidos del área de especialidad con una comprensión sólida de los estándares y las prácticas de la industria. Tiene buena comprensión del modo en que el equipo y el área interactúan con otros para lograr los objetivos de la subfunción/categoría del puesto. Aplica un pensamiento analítico y el conocimiento de herramientas y metodologías de análisis de datos. Exige atención al detalle al realizar juicios y hacer recomendaciones en función del análisis de información fáctica. En general, debe lidiar con temas variables con impacto potencial más amplio en los negocios. Aplica su juicio profesional al interpretar datos y resultados. Explica la información de manera sistemática y transmisible. Se requieren habilidades desarrolladas de comunicación y diplomacia para intercambiar información potencialmente compleja/sensible. Genera un impacto moderado pero directo mediante un contacto estrecho con las actividades principales de los negocios. La calidad y puntualidad de servicio suministrado afectarán la eficiencia del equipo propio y de equipos estrechamente relacionados.**Responsabilidades**:- Investiga e informa problemas de ética relacionados con RH planteados a través del centro de asistencia, en contacto con la Oficina de Ética y los socios regionales, para garantizar una oportuna y minuciosa investigación y resolución adecuada de todos los problemas, incluyendo la aplicación de normas descritas en la política de Revisión disciplinaria global.- Participa en un rango de iniciativas y exámenes que impliquen la gestión de investigaciones y de quejas, que incluya la participación directa con los reguladores.- Realiza investigaciones según sea necesario.- Responde a inquietudes en el lugar de trabajo en nombre de la alta gerencia.- Trabaja con el equipo de Ley de Empleo en la investigación y respuesta a litigios y cargos de la agencia.- Trabaja con partes interesadas internas, como Cumplimiento, Servicios de Seguridad e Investigación de Citi y Auditoría sobre investigaciones de mala conducta de empleados.- Brinda orientación y revisión de iniciativas de restructuración.- Ayuda en el diseño, desarrollo o suministro de iniciativas de capacitación para RH- Ayuda con la interpretación y aplicación de política y prácticas de HR en todas las fases de empleo.- Todas las otras obligaciones asignadas.- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia**Calificaciones**:- Entre 2 y 5 años de experiência relevante.**Educación**:- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.The Employee Relations Associate Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for providing case management support through all phases of Employee Relations investigations, under the supervision of an Employee Relations Advisor and in coordination with the Employee Relations team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the development and implementation of workplace policies, programs and enhancements to maintain and increase employee engagement.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for entering new cases and updating status on existing cases related to each investigation/matter into the Employee Relations case management data-base, IE: ServiceNow- Assists in the preparation of investigation plans- Participates in and takes notes during investigative interviews with employees- Assists with final investigative report writing- Works closely with and assists Employee Relations team members responsible for reporting on portfolio of work- May participate in project work as needed**Qualifications**:- 2-5 years relevant experience- Experience in investigation support or related work- Proven work ethic and ability to self-start- Exceptional organizational skills- Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments with strong attention to detail- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Sound judgment and discretion with respect to handling sensitive/highly confidential information- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data base entry skills a must- Fluent english, advanced english**Education**:- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent exp
