As an Employee & Labor Relations, you will be responsible for collaborate with the labor relations strategy for the region, designing and implementing programs to improve relations with employees, developing tools for labor management.**Key Responsibilities**- Audit and monitor labor regulatory compliance in the region.- Design and standardize the tools for the labor management of each site.- Advise, provide support and guidance to Human Resources, in labor and union issues.- Analyze and carry out the costing of the different collective agreements, as well as the evaluation of the competitiveness of the collective bargaining agreement of each region.**Qualifications**- Experience in Labour and Trade Union Relations Management- 3-5 years of experience- Bachelor Degree**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
