Overview:**Responsibilities**:The Americas Acetyl Chain (AC) Inventory Analyst role is a position within the Americas Controller organization. This role will work closely with other members of the Finance organization, especially members of FP&A, Plant, and Regional Shared Service teams. The Senior analyst will be responsible for supporting the largest US based legal entity.**Key Duties & Responsibilities**- Perform all related inventory related journal entries, financial flux, key judgments, internal controls, and management reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for the U.S. based AC production facilities.- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to be reviewed by Team Lead.- Identify and cultivate productive relationships with business partners and stakeholders.- Prepare key ad-hoc reporting and analysis requested by senior leadership.- Consistently improve process and functional performance through innovative approaches to challenges.- Identify, solve, and/or escalate accounting issues to Team Lead, where applicable.- Assist with special projects as needed.Qualifications:Required Education Level- ** Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related discipline, required.**:- CPA or equivalent, strongly preferred.Required Experience- ** USA GAAP.**:- ** Minimum 3 years public accounting or private accounting experience, required.**:- ** Inventory accounting experience, required.**:- ** Bilingual English/Spanish, **required.**Required Knowledge/Skills- Follows through on commitments and demonstrates ownership of results.- Exhibits a positive can-do attitude and approaches responsibilities with an open mind.- Achievement oriented: exhibits desire and willingness to learn and grow.- Applies concepts and guidelines; demonstrates healthy skepticism and effective problem solving and analytical skills.- Basic understanding of finance and accounting operations & internal accounting controls.- Excel intermedium- SAP Experience a plus**What we offer**:- ** Excellent** Salary**:- ** Christmas bonus- Above law.**:- ** PTO'S**:- ** Vacation premium**:- ** Supermarket coupons**:- ** Restaurant coupons**:- ** Saving funds**:- ** PTU**:- ** Retirement Plan**:- ** Medical Plan**:- ** Leaves**:- ** Social security + all by law benefits**:- ** Transportation**:- ** All the tools and equipment you may need.****Videos to Watch**:Celanese - The chemistry inside innovation - YouTube
