Como Technical Lead, serás responsable de liderar un equipo de desarrolladores para asegurar la implementación exitosa de proyectos y el cumplimiento de los hitos clave.**Requisitos para el puesto**:**Conocimientos técnicos**: Desde 4 a 5 años de experiência (comprobable), en adelante**Detalle del Perfil técnico**: Jira, confluence, herramientas de diagramación, deseable conocimientos en COBOL, bitbucket, JCL**Conocimientos indispensables**: Gestión de requerimientos técnicos**Principales Actividades o Funciones**:- Análisis de requerimientos- Propuesta de solución (alto y bajo nível)- Diseño y especificación de requerimientos técnicos(layouts, protocolos, horarios, txn)- Diagramación de la solución(alto y bajo nível)- Entregables de arquitectura según nuestro modelo SDLC(permit to desing, permit to build)- Refinamiento de las diversas US para la solución propuesta- Administración de requerimientos y seguimiento a entregables técnicos de los diversos grupos de desarrollo- Administración de US en Jira(tareas de análisis, diseño, desarrollo)- Soporte a pruebas y aclaración/solución de defectos- Administración de CR, ambientes bajos y PROD.**Comentarios Adicionales**:ProactivoActitud de servicio.ResponsableCapacidad de comunicaciónOnboarding preferible
