Important company requires:**Industrial Engineer****Qualifications**:- **_ Education:_** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.- **_ Experience: _**Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial process management, preferably within the automotive industry.- **_ Skills: _**Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- **_ Technical Proficiency: _**Familiarity with BiW processes, manufacturing technologies, and quality control methodologies.- **_ Communication:_** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.- **_ Leadership: _**Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, driving performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.**_ Key Responsibilities:_**- **_ Project Management:_** Lead and manage industrial projects related to the Body in white section, ensuring timely and successful completion.- **_ Process Optimization:_** Identify, analyze, and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.- **_ Technical Leadership: _**Provide expert guidance and technical direction to the BiW team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.- **_ Collaboration: _**Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and production to ensure seamless integration of processes.- **_ Compliance:_** Ensure all processes adhere to company' standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.- **_ Resource Planning: _**Develop and manage resource plans to support project execution and process improvements effectively.- **_ Data Analysis:_** Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor process performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.- **_ Reporting: _**Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, process improvements, and key performance indicators to senior management.**Job Type**:Onsite - temporary contract until December 31th, with possible extention depending the performance.**Work Location**:Monterrey**Salary**:$76,000 gross.**Benefits**: Excellent benefits above the law.
