Do you want to empower people and families to support each other regardless of distance?Then join us Let's make this big world into SmallWorld.**Agent Onboarding Analyst**Location: Tijuana, BCModality: hybrid work (remote and office based)Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm - Bank Holidays to cover the registration of agents in other countries.Department: Legal ComplianceRole: Integrating a new agent into the Small World service by filling out the required paperwork.**Responsibilities**:- Analyze and approve the documentation of the new agents.- Presentation elimination and modification of agent from Spain, Canada and Europe.- File control; send, control, and perform the requirements to the central file (Agents/Audit Folders).- Implement improvements in the procedure for new agencies.- Database management at user level.- Verify and approve users and change the address or documents of agents and correspondents.- Respond to the internal requirements of other departments.Scholarship: Bachelor´s degree.Knowledge:Conversational and written English 80%.Intermediate level office parcel handling (Word, Excel, power point, pdf)Experience in managing situations and conflicts.That you know how to encourage the participation of your group.**Skills**:Ease of speech.Ability to relate and work with supervisors from different areas and personnel from different positions.Tolerant of frustration.Self-motivationSelf-control.Empathy.Excellent attitude.Teamwork.APTITUDES:Patience.Availability and attitude.Responsable.Work ethically.Self-confidence.Initiative.Organized.**Experience**:1 years desirable.Availability:Availability of schedules.Work from office.Open to changes.Others:Psychometric test.Computer use.**Benefits**:- Law Benefits- 6 personal / sick days annuallyINDHP
