**Remote Property Manager Assistant (Full-Time)****Location**: Mexico (Remote, supporting U.S. properties in California & Texas)We are seeking a Remote Property Manager Assistant to support our San Diego**Responsibilities**- Assist Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of multifamily properties- Manage resident communications, leasing inquiries, and renewals- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests- Enter, track, and reconcile data in Buildium/AppFolio- Monitor rental payments, late notices, and collections- Support vendor coordination and contract compliance- Proactively identify and solve operational issues**Qualifications**- 3+ years property management experience (multifamily preferred)- Strong knowledge of Buildium/AppFolio and property management software- Experience working with U.S.based property owners/companies- Tech savvy, detail-oriented, and reliable- Proactive problem-solver and team player- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish- Age range: mid-20s to early 30s preferred**Compensation**Competitive hourly rate: $8-$12 USD/hour, full-time (40 hours/week)If you are an organized, dependable, and resourceful professional looking to grow with a U.S. real estate investment firm, we encourage you to apply.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $148.93 - $223.49 la horaHoras previstas: 40 por semanaLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
