**HR PROJECT MANAGER (HYBRID)**Location Tlaquepaque, Mexico**Pacesetting. Passionate. Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**- Preparation of and providing support for the implementation of HR Projects, integrating all the multi-local resources required to meet customer requirements in agreement with the superior.- Agreement of targets concerning quality, costs and timing, taking existing procedures and methods into account. Planning internal and external capacities, defining work packages and planning schedules.- Coordinating and monitoring tasks using prescribed methods and systems, involvement of internal and external services if required, taking economic, quality-related and scheduling aspects into account.- Recording HR Project status taking continual processing and interpretation of internal and external information into account; monitoring the project workflow and deciding on corresponding measures, in the case of deviations or changes to target specifications.- Guaranteeing systematic relationships to internal and external clients and to the specialist departments / positions to be integrated.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, in Business Administration -or related-.- Up to 3 years of experience in Project Management.- Experience in coordinating tasks and interdisciplinary teams.
