Empresa Transnacional de Manufactura (Victory Packaging) solicita:**Customer Service Representative****Requisitos**:Experiência mínima de 3 años en Servicio al cliente (CSR) en empresas de Manufactura o giro automotriz.Conocimientos en atención a clientes, recepción y procesamiento de pedidos, seguimiento de ordenes hasta entrega final con clientes, solución de problemas y quejas de clientes, capturar pedidos en sistema, inventarios, facturación.Indispensable manejo de idioma** Inglés Intermedio - avanzado**.Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín (Titulado)Horario de trabajo de Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 am a 6:00 pmCuente con experiência como Customer Service mínimo de 3 años.**Actividades**:- Recibe y procesa pedidos, consultas o quejas de clientes y organización con almacén- Registrar y procesar pedidos y consultas recibidas por correo, teléfono y contacto con el cliente.- Rastrea inventarios y reposiciones de almacén, con base en documentos de fabricación.- Recepción de órdenes de compra, facturación.- Mantiene una relación continua con clientes seleccionados y personal de ventas.- Proporciona información sobre precios, disponibilidad y programación dentro de las pautas establecidas.- Verifica y aprueba el crédito de clientes, confirma los pedidos.- Sugiere alternativas para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente.- Realiza un seguimiento de los pedidos y alerta al personal apropiado sobre cualquier posible problema de entrega.**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo: $21,700 mensuales brutos- Prestaciones de Ley y Superiores- Bono de puntualidad de 10%- Bono de asistencia de 10%- Vales de despensa de 8%- Fondo de ahorro de 10%- Seguro de vida- Contratación directa con la empresa desde el primer día- Plan de Desarrollo y carrera**Zona de Trabajo**: Herminia Castro de Aguirre, Parque Industrial Amistad III, en Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.
