**Expected Responsibilities**:- Validate SEO project requirements align to global standard operating procedures pre- and post-delivery- Work with dedicated Project Managers and Strategists to deliver web platform enhancements via cross-functional support- Routinely audit and compile website issues detrimental to SEO; size business case and prioritize to fix- Be a creative but flexible thinker with high technical acumen and the ability to garner cross-functional support in pursuit of holistic business solutions with evergreen value- Required to make data-driven decisions in an often fast-paced, fluctuating business environment- Take part in solving challenging SEO problems related to direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce**Education and Experience Sought**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin., Communications, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields- 5 years minimum SEO experience in large enterprise environment with multiple business stakeholders- Proven track record of project management resulting in SEO product enhancements to support growth- Deep understanding of enterprise analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics 360 e.g., user behavior and website engagement metrics, dimensions, segments, ecommerce and event tracking- Advanced expertise and knowledge of online space, including search engine trends and technologies- Advanced understanding of Google search engine optimization best practices and webmaster policies- Highly knowledgeable about web languages like DOM, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and able to easily parse HTML elements within web page source code- Familiarity with enterprise SEO platforms like Ahrefs, BrightEdge, Conductor Searchlight, Searchmetrics, SEMrush, or seoClarity is a must- Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Adobe Magento is a must**Other Knowledge and Skills Sought**:- Can-do, positive attitude and willingness to work in fast-paced team environment- Highly detail-oriented with proven project management and organizational skills- Ability to link roadmap projects and website enhancements to business results- Creativity and curiosity around project planning and process improvement- Strong analytical, problem identification and solving skills- Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbout HPYou're out to reimagine and reinvent what's possible—in your career as well as the world around you.Soare we.
