Overview We are redefining property management – managing 24,000+ properties across 50+ markets and aiming to reach 250,000 homes. We need a Property Maintenance Team Lead to own performance, drive innovation, and build high‑performing systems for our Property Services Team in a fast‑growing region. Position Overview Build and lead a top‑tier Property Services team of field techs, vendor partners, and coordinators across multiple markets. Run weekly L10s to ensure alignment, accountability, and issue‑solving. Conduct regular 1:1s, giving clear coaching, feedback, and direction. Drive operational excellence – own and improve KPIs such as 95% Tech Realization, 38+ billed hours/week, 7.6+ billed hours per tech/day, and WO lifespan of 10 days. Identify inefficiencies, implement SOPs, and continuously optimize how the region operates. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Renovations, Resident Services, and Owner Communication teams to ensure seamless execution. Own initiatives – proactively find and fix issues, and continuously improve systems. Competencies & Requirements Proven leadership experience managing field teams or technicians in maintenance, construction, or property services. Strong understanding of maintenance workflows, vendor management, and margin control. High systems IQ – able to think in processes, spot inefficiencies, and create scalable solutions. Strong sense of urgency and ownership; data‑driven approach to measuring what matters. Collaborative leadership style that inspires high performance. Familiarity with tools like EN Tech, EN Billing, and scorecard/KPI systems (preferred). Why This Role is Different Leads, not just manages. Builds processes instead of fighting fires. Compensation Details Location: Remote (International Team Member) with East Region focus. Pay Range: $10–$12/hr USD (based on experience and location). Reports To: East Regional Director. Minimum Requirements to Join Our Team 256GB of storage and 8GB of RAM; Processor: Core i5 or higher (preferably laptop). Fast internet: minimum download and upload speed of 50 Mbps (live speed tests will be conducted). 1 External Monitor (2 external monitors preferred). Webcam and headset. Quiet workspace.
