**Senior Salesforce Administrator / Business AnalystLocation**: Randstad, Netherlands**Type**: Full-time, PermanentAbout the CompanyA well-established international organization is looking for an experienced Salesforce professional to take ownership of its CRM environment and lead ongoing improvement projects. The business operates across multiple regions, uses Salesforce as a central system for operations and stakeholder management, and is investing heavily in digital transformation and data-driven processes.You'll work closely with internal teams across departments to ensure Salesforce is efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.The RoleThis is a senior, hands-on position combining Salesforce administration, business analysis, and system improvement. You'll be responsible for maintaining the platform, managing integrations, supporting users, and turning business requirements into well-designed Salesforce solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Management & OptimizationOwn day-to-day Salesforce administration, configuration, and supportCreate and manage flows, validation rules, approval processes, and page layoutsEnsure data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and quality checksManage user access, roles, and permissionsPrepare reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decisionsBusiness Analysis & Process DesignGather requirements from stakeholders across departmentsMap business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutionsIdentify areas for system improvement and automationCommunicate technical ideas clearly to non-technical usersIntegration & System DevelopmentOversee integrations between Salesforce and other internal platformsWork with third-party vendors or developers on enhancements and new featuresEvaluate and implement suitable AppExchange solutionsGovernance & Continuous ImprovementMaintain best practices for configuration, testing, and release managementKeep up to date with new Salesforce releases and recommend relevant updatesDocument processes and ensure consistent user adoptionWhat You'll Need5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar)Strong configuration skills using Flows, Process Builder, and advanced admin toolsExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutionsSolid understanding of data models, permissions, and platform architectureExposure to integrations and API-based toolsExcellent communication skills and stakeholder management experienceSalesforce certifications (Admin / Advanced Admin / App Builder) are an advantageNice to HaveExperience with global or multi-department organizationsFamiliarity with project management or agile methodologiesAbility to work independently across time zones and functionsWhat's on OfferHybrid, flexible working setupInternational, collaborative environmentChance to take real ownership of the Salesforce platformCompetitive compensation upto ?75000/year including holiday pay and professional development opportunities.
