Manager, Information Systems

Overview Manager of a large and/or complex Customer Focused team within a site. Direct reports include all indirect functions necessary to execute the customer's business and all manufacturing activities required by the customer. Accountable for the execution of the customer's business within the site within cost budgets, and for driving improvements in performance and customer loyalty, reduction in cost and overall financial performance. Has direct reporting responsibility to a Site General Manager, and may have dotted line responsibility to a GCU GM. Independently represents the company at levels up to senior executive in the customer organization. This role is at the Director level, providing direct and indirect supervision to subordinate managers and employees performing highly specialized roles. Work involves resolving a wide variety of unusual conditions with long-term implications, developing new strategies and policies, and establishing new strategic direction that is site or multi-site specific. Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Responsible for planning, budgeting, implementing and maintaining costs, methods and employees in a functional area. Makes final decisions on administrative and operational matters and directs activities through several department managers. Regularly interacts with executives and major customers. Typical Experience 11-14 years relevant experience, with at least two years in program management and two years in operations, engineering, supply chain or finance. Key Responsibilities (example focus areas) Lead very large or complex Customer Focused Teams within a site and manage total business responsibility for customer execution. Oversee program management, SCM (planning and purchasing), engineering, quality, and extensive manufacturing operations for the customer group. Establish policies, monitor performance using MOR and other metrics, and report to site/regional management and GCU Leadership. Develop action plans to resolve customer issues and implement lean principles across the supply chain. Manage financial performance, including pricing, service billing, ROIC, and CFO-related metrics; approve budgets and forecasts; communicate financial performance to stakeholders. Hire, coach, and develop teams; drive employee satisfaction and performance; lead cross-functional process improvement groups. Represent the company to customers at executive levels and manage senior customer relationships and negotiations. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; 10+ years accounting experience with 5+ in a finance leadership role is desirable. Experience in managing large, transactional finance teams within complex organizations. Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, HighRadius, TriumphPay, or Salesforce preferred). M&A due diligence and integration experience preferred; Six Sigma and PMP are a plus. Analytical with strong Excel skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels. Regional Materials Manager We are seeking a Regional Materials Manager to drive the transformation of procurement, planning, and warehousing functions. You will architect regional material strategy, mentor site leaders, and ensure supply chain is agile, efficient, and customer-centric. You will bridge strategic planning with site-level execution to meet inventory objectives and production schedules. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Lead regional planning to improve execution and align sites with global goals. Team Empowerment: Mentor Material Managers and coach on demand/supply and continuous improvement. Operational Excellence: Monitor performance, ensure data integrity in purchasing, and standardize processes across sites. Stakeholder Management: Lead conversations with senior management to align planning and secure buy-in. Process Innovation: Drive demand planning engagement and benchmark best practices. Reporting & Analysis: Provide inventory and performance reports to senior leadership. Requirements +6 years in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or Operations Leadership. Experience managing regional resources; deep expertise in planning tools, inventory applications, and procurement. Bachelor’s degree in related field; Advanced English; willingness to travel. Desirable: CPA; Warehouse management, inventory optimization, and logistics coordination experience. NPD Program Manager The NPD Program Manager serves as the primary operational liaison between Monterrey manufacturing operations and Paragon engineering for a new product line launch. This role plans, coordinates, and executes Monterrey-specific NPD activities aligned with the overall timeline. It does not directly manage people but drives results through influence, coordination, and execution. Key Responsibilities NPD scheduling: Develop Monterrey-specific schedules aligned with the Tampa roadmap. Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for pre-pilot and pilot activities. Coordinate mitigation plans for schedule risks; support production readiness and handoffs from pilot to ongoing production. Cross-Functional and Documentation Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, quality, supply chain) and maintain detailed program records. Provide regular status updates and risk mitigation plans to stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; 5+ years in program management or related roles. Experience in cross-functional coordination, pilot/pre-pilot manufacturing, and quality systems. Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
