If so, your future is at PepsiCo.Now we are looking for this position:**R&D Region Assoc Manager - Portfolio Management**This role is responsible for the Governance and Portfolio Management for TSG for Innovation, TBS and Productivity for LatinAmerica Beverages. Global R&D Project Manager who works within LAB Global R&D to ensure proper portfolio management implementing best practices for prioritization, with H1, H2 and H3 perspective, Track NR, Volumen and NOPBT Metrics, and lead & track resources allocation and total project costs. Coordinate and centralize R&D AOP and SDD.**Responsibilities**:- Analyze contribution through Innovation, TSB and Productivity to LAB annual results.Track NR, Volume and NOPBT metrics- Lead FTE analysis and identify resources gaps- Lead implementation and tracking of risk analysis and mitigation plans fro SDD- Support PMO resources allocation for Big Bets / Assigned as PMO for BB- Keep updated calendars for Innovation, TBS and Productivity for H1, H2 & H3- Foster simplification and agile methodologies- Champion collaborative budget updates and annual operative R&D Budget- Lead identification of opportunities for Continuous improvement- Reporting Portfolio Management execution and progress vs plan- Stakeholders managementQualifications:- Food Science / Food Technology / Food Chemist / Chemist Engineer / Industrial Engineer bachelor degree- 4+ years of experience on Project Management, R&D/ Manufacturing. Desirable experience on Beverages- Desirable fundamental of finance, Franchise and Data Analytics understanding- Leadership and communication skills- Conversational / technical fluency in English- Hands on IT systems & written procedures- Background in commercialization and/or project management- Risk Management- Process OrientedPortfolio Management requires excellent project management skills as several projects and portfolios run in parallel and ensure alignment and correct prioritization should be clearly understood and controlled.
