**Vacante para la empresa GRUPO HS CAPITAL HUMANO en San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosi**:Importante empresa transnacional, dedicada al sector manufacturero busca**PLANT HEAD QA & TECHNOLOGY****Objetivo: Vigilar, implementar, establecer y mantener todos los procesos y especificaciones, estándares de operación y lineamientos de YRC.****Requisitos**:Ingeniero Químico, Mecánico con titulo100 % bilingüeAmplia experiência como jefe de aseguramiento de calidad y tecnología, mínimo 7 años en:- Asegurar la implementación de todos los documentos de aseguramiento de la calidad como indique YRC.- Revisión y cálculo mensual del costo de materiales en proceso y desechos de neumáticos curados en comparación con el porcentaje meta de desechos y el presente de gestión.- Revisar el sistema de inspección de productos según la norma de YRC para evitar cualquier queja de productos nuevos por parte de los clientes de fabricantes de equipo original y mercado secundario.Conocimiento de la tecnología del caucho y materiales y formulación.Conocimiento de la tecnología de neumáticos y control de defectos.**Funciones**:- Dirigir y coordinar las actividades funcionales del aseguramiento de la calidad de la planta compuestas de control de procesos, laboratorio de procesos, preparación del plan de calidad para los procesos y auditoría de productos en la manufactura- Implementar y mantener el sistema de gestión de la calidad en toda la organización.- Funcionar como representante de la administración para la planta/compañía- Conocimiento de ISO y del sistema TS16949 y su implementación.- Revisar los resultados de las pruebas de materiales y neumáticos para un mejor control de la calidad.
