**Bloom Works** is a detail-oriented landscaping company specializing in commercial, government, and high-end residential projects. We take pride in creating high-quality outdoor spaces while leveraging the latest technology to streamline operations and deliver exceptional results.Key Responsibilities**:- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow.- Manage accounts receivable to minimize overdue payments.- Prepare and present financial reports (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow) to leadership.- Develop, track, and update budgets and forecasts.- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.- Process biweekly payroll for employees and payments to subcontractors.- Prepare documentation for tax filings and coordinate with the CPA.- Collaborate with a part-time bookkeeper to ensure timely transaction entry in QuickBooks.- Conduct monthly account reconciliations and assist in end-of-month close processes.**Administrative Support**- Oversee registration renewals and insurance updates for company vehicles.- Research and negotiate better insurance coverage and rates.- Manage tracking systems for crew phones and remote phone access.- Handle insurance claims and follow-up.- Implement and manage software systems to improve financial and operational efficiency.- Support the team with customer billing, invoicing, and general admin tasks.- Maintain company compliance by managing registrations and legal records.- Assist with onboarding and offboarding (hiring and termination) processes.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.- Strong analytical and organizational skills.- Experience in financial management, bookkeeping, or accounting.- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial software tools.- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.- Familiarity with insurance and compliance tasks is a plus.Why Join Bloom Works?- Gain hands-on experience in both financial and administrative functions.- Play a key role in a growing, mission-driven company.- Be part of a close-knit team dedicated to excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.**Schedule**- Full-time (min. 44 hours/week)- Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM PST (on-call from 6:30 AM - 7:30 PM)- Saturday: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM PST (on-call from 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM)**Compensation & Benefits**- Salary**:$32,000 - 40,000 MXN per 4 week period (paid bi-weekly)**:- Paid vacation**:2 weeks annually**:- Birthday giftPay: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Why are you a good fit for this role?- Are you fluent in English (both verbal and written)?Work Location: Remote
