Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Follow up on material and supply requisitions from each department.- Prepare quotations and comparison charts for supplier selection.- Evaluate, register, and onboard suppliers that meet the company's needs.- Manage the creation and tracking of purchase orders.- Ensure optimal stock levels across the company.- Create product comparison charts considering price, quality, service, and delivery time.- Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and material supply timelines.- Generate Excel reports for purchase control and analysis.- Provide the required information to the Import/Export department for merchandise importation.- Participate in cost-saving and optimization projects and initiatives.- Identify and source suppliers offering competitive prices aligned with company needs.- Review inventory levels and coordinate deliveries with suppliers to ensure timely supply.- Monitor delivery compliance and report any incidents or delays.- Comply with the company's established purchasing policies and procedures.- Follow up on agreements, contracts, and negotiations with suppliers.- Conduct prospecting, sourcing, and negotiation with new strategic suppliers.Experiência y requisitos- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.- Completed bachelor's degree in administration, industrial engineering or a related field.- Proficient in English (90%) with strong oral and written communication skills.- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Knowledge of administrative management systems: MRO and ERP platforms.- Experience in the Medical Industry field.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- Comedor- comedor- transporte- servicios médicos en planta**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Compras**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Turno Matutino- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
