** MOLDING SUBASSEMBLY SUPERVISOR**Principales Roles & **Responsabilidades**:- Responsable de la operación de arreglo, organización y gestión de la producción de sub-ensamble de partes plásticas- Ayudar en la investigación, desarrollo, prueba y análisis de productos de plástico modificado, y liderar la fabricación, el proceso y el procesamiento- Participar en la mejora del sistema de control de calidad y desarrollar PFMEA- Organizar y ser responsable de los problemas técnicos de calidad en el proceso de producción- Comunícate de manera efectiva con los miembros del equipo y los departamentos de soporteRequerimientos para el puesto:- Carrera profesional con titulo.- Experiência en manejo de personal- ingeniería de procesos- 5 años de experiência laboral en moldeo por inyección de plástico- experiência en manufactura,- Habilidades avanzadas en el proceso de manufactura de moldeo- Excel- Ingles intermedio- experiência como Supervisor del área de subensamble de Moldeo mínima de 3 años.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $101.10 - $101.20 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horas
