Description and RequirementsABOUT THE ROLE:
Lenovo is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team with a focus on services and solutions.
In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the marketing strategy and execution for Lenovo’s services and solutions in the market.
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns that enhance Lenovo’s brand presence and drive business growth in the services and solutions segment.
- Developing and Executing Marketing Strategies : Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans specifically tailored for Lenovo’s services and solutions that align with our business objectives, focusing on increasing brand awareness and market share in this segment.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, events, and traditional media to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing activities. Coordinate with external agencies and partners to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to demonstrate the impact of marketing efforts.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Skills : Strong understanding of demand generation programs and digital campaign management.
- Creativity : Innovative thinker with the ability to develop unique and effective marketing strategies for services and solutions.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. Ability to create compelling marketing content and deliver impactful presentations.
- Analytical Mindset : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
