Remote Sales Executive

At Flocksy, we’re growing fast and looking for a Remote Sales Executive to help turn leads into happy customers by selling and closing confidently. You’ll work with leads, guiding them through the full sales process and keeping everything in our CRM accurate and up to date. We’re looking for someone who connects easily with people, uncovers what they truly need, and confidently sells them on how Flocksy delivers. This role blends relationship-building with strong closing instincts and the smart use of tools. You’ll be in our CRM every day managing your pipeline, driving deals toward a close, and spotting opportunities to improve how we work. Key Responsibilities Guide prospects through the entire sales process, from the initial interaction to closing the deal Run demos, handle follow-ups, and address objections in a professional, solutions-focused way Respond promptly to inquiries through calls, emails, and chat, driving every interaction toward closing the deal Reactivate past leads and proactively conduct outbound outreach to warm or previously engaged contacts to drive new sales Track and document all client interactions, demos, objections, and outcomes in our CRM Keep detailed, organized records of outreach, follow-ups, metrics, and feedback Execute lead nurturing strategies that move prospects from first touch to sales-ready Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and work with the team to capture them Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale handoff and proper context on new clients Share feedback and insights with marketing and leadership on lead quality, volume, and trends Support broader initiatives as needed, contributing to projects that strengthen how the team sells, engages prospects, or improves overall performance Stay informed about industry trends and market opportunities Meet or exceed sales targets and regularly review performance to find ways to improve Requirements Proven record of converting leads into paying customers, with measurable success rates 3–5+ years in inbound, full-cycle sales with a strong closing track record, in SaaS or subscription services. (Bonus: Experience selling for an Ad Agency, Design Firm, or Talent Marketplace). Demonstrated success running demos, effectively following up, and consistently converting leads into clients Strong full-cycle sales skills with the ability to identify needs and close confidently Skilled at managing your own pipeline and sales activities independently Consistent history of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly goals Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM (managing pipelines, logging activity, and accurate reporting) Familiarity with sales concepts and terminology (MQL, SQL, pipeline stages, conversion rates) Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal Understanding of how sales and marketing work together to target and engage the right leads Comfortable working remotely with US/EST time zone overlap Motivated self-starter who is proactive about solving problems What We Offer Weekly payments Supportive, collaborative team Access to AI tools Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Technology, Information and Internet Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Flocksy by 2x Get notified about new Sales Executive jobs in Mexico . #J-18808-Ljbffr
