As a Marketing Digital Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our Chief of Operations in executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including client management, social media management, strategic planning, basic graphic design, and CRM management.We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in digital marketing and excellent communication skills.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (not required)- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing (required)- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on client management.- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva.- Familiarity with CRM tools and experience in customer data management.- Knowledge of programs such as: Clickfunnels, kajabi, Go High Level, Kartra, or similar manychat, zapier, calendly (Desirable at least 1).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.**Responsibilities**:Client Management:Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations.Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.Social Media Management:Plan, create, and execute engaging social media campaigns aligned with the overall marketing strategy.Monitor social media channels for trends, customer interactions, and brand mentions.Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.Strategic Planning:Collaborate with the Country Manager to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.In charge of the creation of marketing plans, setting goals, and tracking progress.Contribute to the identification of new opportunities and innovative marketing initiatives.4. Basic Graphic Design:Collaborate with the design team for review different projects.CRM Management:Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data, track interactions and support targeted marketing efforts.Assist in the segmentation of customer lists for personalized marketing campaigns.**Additional information**Location: El Salvador, Mexico, Ecuador, Honduras and Nicaragua.Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.**Salary**: $1200 a $1400 USD (Depending on experience)Payment by: Wize or Western UnionTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,841.00 - $24,315.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Ha trabajado en StartUp?- Nível de inglés a nível oral y escrito- Expectativa salarial- años de experiência en marketing digitalLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
