Our team thrives on strategic thinking, creativity, and collaboration, and we’re looking for a talented Marketing Assistant to support our efforts in a fully remote setting.**Key Responsibilities**:- Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and content calendars to ensure deadlines are met and campaigns run smoothly.- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to enhance client strategy and campaign effectiveness.- Help analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to provide actionable insights for optimizing future client campaigns.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, content, and engagement initiatives.- Manage administrative tasks such as organizing digital files, maintaining marketing databases, and preparing reports.**Qualifications**:- **2+ years of experience** in a marketing or related role, with proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.- Background in working with diverse clients and industries preferred.- Familiarity with Google Workspace, HubSpot, Dialpad, Zapier, and ClickUp; experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.**Benefits**:- Fully remote role with flexible working hours.- Opportunity to grow in a dynamic, client-facing environment.**How to Apply**:Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience and explaining why you’re a good fit for this role at Eclipsyum.
