Importante empresa de tecnología con presencial a nível internacional se encuentra en búsqueda de:**Business Analyst Junior Bilingüe****Actividades**:- Ayuda a determinar los objetivos mediante el estudio de las funciones comerciales, la recopilación de información.- Examina los procedimientos comerciales actuales y recomienda otros nuevos.- Mejorar la capacitación y los procedimientos dentro de una empresa para aumentar la eficiencia y la productividad.- Trabajar directamente con los clientes para entender las necesidades individuales del negocio.- Prepara informes técnicos recopilando, analizando y resumiendo información y tendencias- Supervisa el progreso del proyecto mediante el seguimiento de la actividad, la resolución de problemas y la recomendación de cambios- Mantiene la confianza del usuario y protege las operaciones al mantener la información confidencial.**Requisitos**:- Experiência de 1 año como Business Analyst o similar.- Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o afín.- Inglés avanzado.- Habilidades de presentación y análisis de datos/métricas.- Experiência con Prácticas Ágiles como Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Integración Continua, etc.- Fuertes habilidades de servicio al cliente- Interés o experiência en Cumplimiento y Seguridad Tecnología.- Experiência en Gestión de Servicios TI.**Ofrecemos**:- Salario 100% nómina.- Vales de Despensa.- Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores.- Seguro de Vida.- Prestaciones de ley.- Zona de trabajo: Híbrido Guadalajara Jalisco.Interesados favor de postularse por este medio.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaHorario:- Turno de 8 horasTrabajar desde casa:- Temporalmente debido al COVID-19
