**Overview**:As the newest member of our marketing team, you will be tasked with the review and analysis of our current and future advertising techniques whilst comparing them to our direct competitors in current and new demographics. The Digital Marketing Specialist, or Digital Marketer, is responsible for helping maintain a brand by working on marketing campaigns. Your duties include performing market research, strategizing with other marketing professionals and creating content to aid in the success of marketing campaigns as well as keeping a close eye on data that shows changing trends in advertising consumption and ensure that potential clients and consumers are engaged with our marketing efforts.**Responsibilities**:- Research and keep up to date on marketing trends relevant to our industry- Conduct market analysis of direct competitors- Develop and post on all relevant platforms (Facebook, Insta, LinkedIn, Google Business, etc.)- Track marketing results that will influence future decision making- Monitor, track, and report on digital marketing KPI’s (Click-through-rate, Amplification rate, Bounce Rate, Conversion Rate, Cost per Conversion)- Constant analysis of trending keywords to maximize digital marketing engagement**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related fields.- Advanced English level (Spoken, written & read)- 1 - 2 years of working experience in digital marketing or in a similar role.- Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.- Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.- Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.- Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.- Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 a la semanaHorario:- Turno de 10 horas
