Somos un puente de oportunidad laboral especialistas en identificar, y vincular profesionales con empresas internacionales en México, LATAM y USA.Estamos en búsqueda de talento para la posición**:Technical Project Manager - SaaS****Experiência**:- 5+ años de experiência como Project Manager técnico, preferentemente en entornos SaaS o herramientas internas.- Inglés avanzado.- Dominio de metodologías Agile/Scrum y experiência liderando sprints de 2 semanas.- Experiência documentando requerimientos técnicos y funcionales.- Conocimientos en diseño de flujos (storyboards, wireframes) y foco en experiência de usuario.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo con equipos técnicos y no técnicos.- Experiência con herramientas de gestión como Jira, Confluence, YouTrack o similares.**Deseables**:- Experiência con plataformas internas de RRHH, staffing o analítica de negocio.- Certificación Scrum Master u otra certificación Agile.- Experiência técnica previa (desarrollo, QA, análisis de sistemas).- Conocimientos básicos en cumplimiento y privacidad de datos (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).**Responsabilidades**:- Liderar el proceso Agile completo: planificación, standups, revisiones, retrospectivas.- Recopilar y priorizar requerimientos técnicos y de negocio con múltiples stakeholders.- Asegurar la entrega de funciones y mejoras alineadas con objetivos organizacionales.- Actuar como puente entre equipos técnicos y áreas como RRHH, Operaciones y Seguridad.- Gestionar documentación, flujos de trabajo y recursos de conocimiento del equipo.- Guiar procesos de diseño: storyboarding, wireframing, definición de experiência de usuario.- Acompañar procesos de cumplimiento normativo en coordinación con el equipo de CISO.**Idioma**:Inglés avanzado conversacional (interactúa de manera efectiva con equipos internacionales)**Zona de trabajo**: Remoto.**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo competitivo.- **Bonos**: Puntualidad y asistencia.- **Prestaciones de ley**:IMSS, aguinaldo, vacaciones.- **Beneficios superiores**: seguro de vida, seguro de gastos funerarios, gastos médicos mayores, plan dental, gastos médicos menores.Si cumples con el perfil, envía tu CV al correo señalado, mencionando expectativas económicas y en asunto el nombre de la vacante
