Manufacturing/Operations ManagerWe are looking for an experienced production manager to organize and supervise the manufacturing of the products. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of production. We hope you have a thorough understanding of production procedures. The ability to direct staff to peak performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision making and problem solving will occupy an important part of each day. If you're up for it, we'd like to talk to you. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.**Requirements**:- Demonstrable experience as a production manager in the manufacturing industry.- Minimum 5 years in automotive industry- Deep knowledge of production management- Knowledge of quality standards and health and safety regulations- Knowledge of the concepts of budgeting and performance evaluation- Experience in reporting on key production metrics- Mastery of MS Office and SAP software- Excellent communication skills- Excellent organizational and leadership skills- Attention to details- Strong decision-making skills and a results-oriented approach- Engineering degree preferred.**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with other managers to formulate goals and understand requirements- Calculate costs and prepare budgets- Organize workflow to meet specifications and delivery schedules- Monitor production to troubleshoot- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers, etc.)- Determine the amount of resources needed (labor, raw materials, etc.)- Approve maintenance tasks, purchase of equipment, etc.- Ensuring production meets quality standards- inform managementTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 al mesHorario:- Diurno- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
