Our mission: to enable our customers to shine online with fast, efficient and affordable service. you ONLY work from our office downtown Cancun (located near ADO).**Why Shortkut?**- Relaxed atmosphere: We focus on professionalism, but in a fun environment- No work from home, this job will be in our office in Cancun- Ongoing training: we train you on our products and services so you can perform right from the start.- You are your own boss As a freelancer you make the money you want - Competitive salary + commissions : get paid what you're worth.- Team events: we like to celebrate our successes together.- Career advancement: your development is our priority too**Your responsibilities**- Contact prospects by telephone to present our offers (cold-calling)- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate web solutions- Upsell by proposing complementary products to existing customers- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets- Document information and interactions in our CRM database- Participate in team meetings to share ideas and sales strategies**Profile required**- 3 to 5 years' experience in sales or in a call center- You need to have your computer and your headset- Work from our office- Excellent communication skills and a passion for human contact- Motivated by the challenge of achieving sales objectives- At ease with IT tools and CRM databases- Ability to work independently while being a team player- A rebutal is for you a sales opportunity- Excellent written and spoken English.Position based in Cancun, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5pm (no job on week ends).you would sale our websites packages to SMB in the usa on the phone.Position type : Freelancer, 40 hours a week, Office hours.Basic salary + commission for each sale (you can triple your basic salary) + sales challenges Salary is net as you are your own employer.You want to make money ?
